MEDIATION
The mission of the Educational and Scientific Laboratory of Mediation and Restorative Justice is to promotion among academia and society at large, mediation as a pre-trial method of peaceful resolution of conflicts (disputes) and restorative justice as a way of releasing minors from criminal responsibility and restoring social justice.
Vision Educational and Scientific Laboratory mediation and restorative justice is an organic combination scientific activity, educational process and acquisition of practical skills of the highest quality in the training of students majoring in law, law enforcement at Volyn National University named after Lesya Ukrainka.
Training courses
On the basis of the laboratory practical classes are held for full-time and part-time students in the following disciplines:
- Legal psychology
- Mediation in the professional activity of a lawyer
- Emotional competence in the professional activity of a lawyer
- Harvard negotiation model-work with interests and the art of questions
