The mission of the Educational and Scientific Laboratory of Mediation and Restorative Justice is to  promotion  among academia and society at large,  mediation as a pre-trial method of peaceful resolution of conflicts (disputes) and restorative justice as a way of releasing minors from criminal responsibility and restoring social justice.
